Ultimately, in Security, we are here to protect and being part of the Security Profession has enabled me to find learning and development opportunities, access events and conferences, and get involved in networks and forums which have helped me develop my skills. The Developing Secure Leaders Programme gave me a breadth of knowledge from across government, and with so much opportunity to move around the profession, I have gained great exposure, which has helped me to grow and develop my career.
